After a few years of vacancy, and a failed redevelopment attempt by an out of town owner, work appears to be underway at the former Loop Complex.
Once one of downtown’s favourite watering holes, this classic downtown icon seems poised for rebirth under the city’s new downtown community improvement plan.
Fingers crossed that this 106 year old icon gets a new lease on life soon.

It’s insane on how much room is in there now that the place has been gutted. My buddy walk past it every Monday on a walk we do.
