Built in 1955 as the main office of the Windsor Utilities Commission, the building was designed by architect David Cameron. The office has been shrinking in staff over the last several years, and Enwin recently announced that it would be closing this office, and move their remaining employees to their facility in an industrial park off of the Expressway, leaving the future of this building, very much uncertain.

Hopefully, this one finds a new use.
