Designed by Toronto architects James Craig and Henry Madill the building was built in 1926-1927. Craig & Madill were a prolific Toronto firm who were active from 1912-1954, their partnership only ending with James Craig’s passing in 1954. This is their only Windsor work.
A grand old building and one of many impressive large pre depression apartment buildings that sprung up in the city.
